True Bonnaroovians know that the Outeroo Plazas are almost as essential as Centeroo itself. From the lively energy of House of Yes to the chill vibes at the Rest Stop, Bonnaroo’s plazas offer something for everyone. With a few changes coming in 2025, we’re diving into everything you need to know about the Outeroo Plazas at Bonnaroo this year.

Plaza 2: The Rest Stop

The Rest Stop is a wellness retreat at Bonnaroo for anyone looking to escape the crowd and chaos. It's the perfect place for morning yoga and calming music. For 2025, there will be a journal-making class on Wednesday at noon and a collage class on Saturday at 10 a.m. The Rest Stop also hosts banned book discussions, a giant puppet parade, herbal wellness workshops, and patchmaking. If you're looking for relaxing activities at Bonnaroo, The Rest Stop is the place to be.

A staple since 2018, The House of Yes brings nonstop excitement to the Outeroo plazas at Bonnaroo. Based on a Brooklyn-based collective of the same name, it hosts drag shows and wild dance parties that last well into the night. In 2025, you can catch Roolesque shows at 7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, a "Haunted House of Yes" on Thursday at midnight, and a "Nursing Home of Yes" party at 1 a.m. on Friday. You'll also find queer meetups, costume contests, and over-the-top themed parties all weekend long.

Plaza 5: Groop Camp

The Groop Camping area will be offering activities on Wednesday and Friday during Bonnaroo 2025. Though the fun is hosted in Groop Camping, folks from all of Outeroo are invited to join in. Wednesday’s Outeroo activities include a sticker hunt at 1 p.m., a chess meetup at 3 p.m., and a Roo Bus party running from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. On Friday, Bonnaroo Groop Camping hosts the Camp Redaroo Craft Beer Exchange at 10:30 a.m. and disc golf at noon. Grab your groop (or just yourself) and come on over!

Plaza 7: Who Stage

Bonnaroo Who Stage Lineup

This year, the Who Stage has been moved from Centeroo into the campgrounds to make way for the new Infinity Stage. On Thursday, you'll see performances from artists/bands like Boy Golden, People R Ugly, and Vaultboy. Friday hosts shows from Dogpark, Sugadaisy, and Abbie Callahan, while Saturday boasts performances from Carter Vail, The Psycodelics, and Timmy Skelly. On Sunday, you'll see shows from The Army, The Navy, Morgan Johnston, and Veaux. This isn't a comprehensive list, so check out the poster above for a full display of Who Stage names.

Plaza 9: Frick Frack Casino

This year, Bonnaroo will feature a Frick Frack Casino in Plaza 9. Each night at midnight (excluding Sunday), the casino plans to host blackjack for the gambling festival-goers. However, you won't be gambling money: instead, you'll trade bracelets, camping supplies, and fun trinkets. On Friday, Frick Frack Casino will have a Vinyl Wellness and Beauty Event from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Bonnaroo's wonderful Where in the Woods made its debut in 2019. With upbeat EDM shows stretching into the wee hours of the morning, Where in the Woods changed the festival forever. This year, the one-of-a-kind experience will highlight local artists from various US cities instead of the big names that sometimes perform there. Where in the Woods will also host the Super Queer Ultra Gay Pride Party on Saturday night from 2 a.m. to 5 p.m. To learn more, read our Bonnaroo Where in the Woods Guide.

No matter who you are and what you're looking for, Bonnaroo's Outeroo Plazas have something for everyone. From late-night parties to morning yoga sessions, Bonnaroo is one of the only music festivals on Earth where you can dance until sunrise and attend a wellness retreat the next day. It's truly a one-of-a-kind festival experience, and these unique campground spaces make the full Bonnaroo 2025 experience so much more than just what's inside Centeroo. With exciting Outeroo updates for 2025, there’s never been a better time to explore everything the Outeroo has to offer.
